<br />. CITY OF ARDEN HH.LS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-38 <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST 85-2 <br /> (EDGEWATER), DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND <br /> ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> WHEREAS, Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST 85-2 relates to the <br /> improvement of the east 1230 feet of the SE 1/4 of Section 21 T. 30 R. 23 <br /> situated in the County of Ramsey and ,City of Arden Hills including installation <br /> of sanitary sewer and services, watermain and services~ storm sewer, street <br /> construction with curb and gutter, and <br /> WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area previously described, and <br /> the City Engineer has determined that the contract price for said improvement <br /> is $221,,518 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of <br /> said improvement will be $62,664 so that the total cost of the improvement will <br /> be$284,182 and of this cost, the City will pay nothing. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br /> of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />. 1- The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be <br /> $284,182. <br /> 2. The Clerk Administrator, together with the assistance of the <br /> City Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be <br /> specially assessed for such work against every assessable lot, piece or parcel <br /> of land within the improvement affected, without regard to cash valuation, as <br /> provided by law. She shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in her <br /> office for public inspection. The Clerk Administrator may arrange for the <br /> assistance of the Data Processing Division of the County of Ramsey in the <br /> preparation of the proposed assessment roll. <br /> 3. The Clerk Administrator shall, upon completion of such <br /> proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action and <br /> for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. <br /> 4.
