<br />>. grading plans for all lots and other sites <br /> in the Subdivision. <br /> (j) Supervision 1 Inspection. All of the <br /> Developer [Project] Improvements shall be <br /> under the supervision of the Developer and <br /> subject to the review and inspection of <br /> the City Engineer > and other <br /> any <br /> governmental agency having jurisdiction <br /> thereof. Full-time inspection services <br /> shall be provided by the engineering firm <br /> retained by Developer. The Project <br /> inspector representing such engineering <br /> firm shall provide the City Engineer with <br /> weekly inspection reports which shall <br /> contain sufficient information so as to <br /> enable the City Engineer to determine <br /> whether the Developer [Project] <br /> Improvements are being constructed in <br /> compliance with the plans and specifica- <br /> tions. <br /> Upon completion of the Developer [Project] <br /> Improvements and prior to the City <br /> Engineer's issuance of his letter of final <br />. approval as provided hereinbelow, the <br /> Developer, or the engineering firm it has <br /> retained for the Developer [Project] <br /> Improvements, shall provide the City <br /> Engineer with reproducable as-built plans <br /> of all underground utili ties which shall <br /> show, at a minimum, the location, size, <br /> type of material and grade of all <br /> underground utilities installed as part of <br /> the Developer [Project] Improvement s. <br /> (k) Easements. The Developer shall make <br /> available to the City, at no cost to the <br /> City, all permanent or temporary easements <br /> necessary for the installation of the <br /> Developer [Project] Improvements as <br /> determined by the City Engineer and the <br /> City Attorney. All such easements <br /> required by the City shall be in writing, <br /> in recordable form, and on the standard <br /> easement form of the City, or drafted or <br /> approved in writing by the City Attorney <br /> (containing such terms and conditions as <br /> he, in his reasonable discretion, shall <br /> determine to be in the best interest of <br />. the City). <br /> Developer require the acquisition by <br /> may <br /> the City of easements on property owned by <br /> - 8 - <br /> - . ~ -._-- ..----,..,~-_. --.-... >. <br /> --~ <br />
