Bretzke with MSI <br /> Insurance. This letter requested that Arden Hills approve the <br /> installation of a semaphore at the intersection of County Road E <br /> and pine Tree Drive. <br /> Woodbridge Properties does not oppose the installation of this <br /> semaphore as requested in Mr. Bretzke's letter to you. However, <br />, Woodbridge Properties would very much oppose any special <br /> assessments to our property for this installation, as this type <br /> of structure would benefit the community at large. I am sure you <br /> are also aware, property taxes already are a heavy burden on <br /> commercial properties and Woodbridge Properties believes that <br /> these taxes, or in this case a possible special assessment, must <br /> be minimized and reduced from their present levels in order for <br /> Minnesota Businesses to remain competitive in the national <br /> marketplace. <br /> I understand that this matter will be considered at your June 29, <br /> ~987 City Council meeting.
