COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-54 <br /> RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br /> BY TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS <br /> WHEREAS, The Norwest Bank St. Paul, N.A. and the Roseville <br /> Bank are depositories in which funds of the City of Arden Hills may be <br /> deposited, and a corporate resolution with respect thereto is presently in <br /> effect authorizing the deposit and withdrawal of funds; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to add to and <br /> supplement said corporate resolution with the following resolution: <br /> RESOLVED, <br /> 1. Anyone of the following persons: <br /> NAME TITLE <br /> Frank C. Green Treasurer <br />. Gary Peck Deputy Treasurer <br /> Patricia J. Morrison Clerk Administrator <br /> is authorized on behalf of this corporation to give instructions by <br /> telephone to the NORWEST BANK ST. PAUL, N.A. or the ROSEVILLE BANK to <br /> transfer funds on deposit with the bank: <br /> (a) to other accounts of this corporation with the Bank, or <br /> (b) to other accounts of this corporation with other banks. <br /> 2. The Bank is authorized to act on such telephonic <br /> instructions received by it from anyone who represents himself to be any <br /> of the above-named persons whether or not his voice resembles the voice of <br /> such person. <br /> 3. The Bank is authorized in its sole discretion to refuse <br /> to honor telephone instructions and to insist upon written instructions <br /> signed by anyone of the persons named in paragraph 1 of this resolution. <br /> Passed by the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota this <br /> 31st day of August, 1987. <br />.
