<br /> ; <br /> i <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />. COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-56 <br /> COMMENDING DONALD R. LAMB <br /> WHEREAS, Don Lamb was appointed by Mayor Crepeau as Arden Hills' <br /> Treasurer on May 12, 1975, and <br /> WHEREAS. in his years as Treasurer, Don has ensured the financial <br /> health of the City by judicious investments and constant, careful scrutiny of <br /> all expenditures, and conscientously labored to keep tax rates at the lowest <br /> possible level, and <br /> WHEREAS, in the pursuit of these objectives, he has faithfully <br /> attended all Finance Committee meetings and contributed his expertise to their <br />. deliberations, and attended all Council meetings in their entirety, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City <br /> Council, on behalf of itself and all the citizens of Arden Hills, expresses its <br /> sincere gratitude and thanks for these years of service, and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council extends its best wishes <br /> to Don in his retirement as he continues his many volunteer activities in the <br /> community. <br /> Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 31st day of August, <br /> 1987. <br /> Robert L.
