Wednesday, September 2, 1987, 7:15 p.m. - Village Hall <br /> CALL TO ORDER Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Woodburn <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. <br /> ROLL CALL The roll being called the following members were <br /> present: Mayor Robert Woodburn, Councilmembers Gary <br /> Peck and Jeanne Winiecki. Also present: Clerk Administrator Patricia Horrison. <br /> EDGEWATER ESTS: Hayor Woodburn advised the Council that the purpose of <br /> ASSMT. HEARING the meeting was to adopt a Resolution calling for a <br /> re-hearing on proposed assessment of Improvement No. <br /> SS-W-P-ST-8S-2, Edgewater Estates; and, further. that this re-hearing was being <br /> held upon the recommendation of Rob Plunkett, the Acting City Attorney. <br /> Rationale centered around an increase in assessment costs, per parcel, over the <br /> amount indicated in the Notices to affected property owners, as approved by <br /> Council at their Regular meeting of 8-31-87, <br /> Moved by Peck, seconded by Winiecki, that Council <br /> approve Resolution No. 87-57, RESOLUTION CALLED FOR RE-HEARING ON PROPOSED <br /> ASSESSMENT OF IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-85-2 (EDGEWATER). Motion carried <br /> unanimously. (3-0) <br /> ADJOURNMENT Peck moved, seconded by Winiecki, that the meeting be <br /> adjourned at 7:30 p.m. Hotion carried unanimously (3-0) <br /> . <br /> Patricia J. Morrison Robert L.
