<br /> ~, <br /> / <br /> . <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87.-62 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMS OF MONEY TO BE LEVIED <br /> FOR LEVY YEAR 1987, PAYABLE IN 1988, AND AMENDING THE LEVY ON <br /> 1972 IMPROVEMENT BOND SERIES 2 AND 1977 GENERAL OBLIGATION <br /> REFUNDING BONDS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> County of Ramsey, that the following sums of money be levied for levy year <br /> 1987, payable in 1988, upon taxable property in said City of Arden Hills, <br /> for the following purposes: <br /> General Fund . <br /> Shade Tree Disease Control <br /> Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund <br /> Municipal Land and Buildings <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the tax levy for 1987, payable <br /> in 1988, for Improvement Bonds be reduced as follows: <br /> . 1972 Improvement Bonds Series 2 from $43,300 to 0; <br /> 1977 General Obligation Refunding Bonds from $14,500 to O. <br /> due to the fact that the bonds have been defeased and there are sufficient <br /> funds to pay 1988 bond installments and the funds have been irrevocably <br /> appropriated. <br /> Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 28th day of <br /> September, 1987. <br /> Robert L.
