MN 55402 <br /> Re: Edgewater Estates <br /> Dear Orlyn: <br /> I have had an opportunity to meet with the United States <br /> Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service to <br /> discuss resolution of the easement question on Edgew~ter <br /> Estates. <br /> The suggestion was made that we convey a~title to <br /> a portion of Lot 9, Block I in exchange for release of their <br /> right of access over Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 1. <br /> . <br /> As part of the exchange, we will also have to convey a <br /> small portion of Lot 14 consistent with a road access <br /> presently being used for maintenance of the dam. <br /> ~ I would appreciate your comments and suggestions. The <br /> Wildlife Service would retain a right to overflow to a <br /> (I certain elevation. <br /> /' I have asked the surveyor to give us some present elevations <br /> so that we might determine the degree to which the lots <br /> might be affected. The surveyor is also locating the <br /> access road so that we will be sure that it is within the <br /> area to be conveyed. <br /> I don't believe that Lot 9 was used for any density require- <br /> ments.
