The changes are in subsections (j) , <br /> . (s) and (t) of amended Section 13-24 ; the exception language in <br /> the first sentence of Section 13-26; the language after <br /> ninsurance" in Section 6-62; and the second and third sentences, <br /> I believe, of Section 6-147. The major change from your version <br /> is that the second sentence of Section 6-147 now requires that <br /> the contractor not only provides the city with the $5,000.00 bond <br /> but also a memorandum or certificate of insurance naming the city <br /> as an additional insured.
