<br /> . <br /> \ c <br /> . the city shall be saved harmless and indemnified against <br /> any loss or damage by reason of improper or inadequate <br /> worked performed by the licensee. In addition to said <br /> bond, the licensee shall file a memorandum or <br /> certificate showing that it carries public liability and <br /> property damage insurance in such, amounts and coverages <br /> as are established by a resolution adopted by the <br /> council from time to time, for accidents resulting from <br /> work performed by the licensee in the city. Any such <br /> policy of insurance shall name the city as an additional <br /> insured and shall contain a provision that it shall not <br /> be cancelled during the term of the license without ten <br /> (10) days' prior written notice to the city. <br /> Cancellation of such insurance policy shall be <br /> sufficient cause for revocation of any license granted <br /> hereunder unless the licensee suppli es other adequate <br /> insurance coverages as are required by said resolution <br /> before the expiration of such notice. n <br /> Section 4.
