STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 252 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21-7 OF THE <br /> ARDEN HILLS CODE BY ADDING THERETO A <br /> NEW SUBSECTION (H) LIMITING THE ISSUANCE OF <br /> SPECIAL EVENT SIGNS IN COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS <br /> The City Council of Arden Hills hereby ordains: <br /> Section l. Amendment to Section 21-7 of the Arden Hills <br /> Code by Adding Subsection (h) Thereto. Section 21-7 of the Arden <br /> Hills Code is hereby amended by adding thereto a new subsection <br /> (h) which reads as follows: <br /> "(h) No more than three (3 ) special event signs, per <br /> location, shall be allowed within one calendar year <br /> in a commercial district." <br />. Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be <br /> effective from and after its adoption by the Arden Hills City <br /> Council and publication in the New Brighton Bulletin. <br /> Adopted by the Arden Hills Council this day of <br /> 1987. - <br /> , <br /> Robert L.
