Warehousing <br />Currently, warehousing is only allowed in the Flex Office as an accessory use to manufacturing <br />and processing, and a minimum must still be thirty percent office. <br />Regarding the allowed uses, the full land use table can be found under Attachment A, generally <br />the three districts are similar in what they allow; however, there are some differences, which are <br />highlighted below. This table represents commercial land use, industrial uses (manufacturing and <br />processing) are only allowed in the Flex Office with certain criteria.
