-ARQEN_HILLS <br />Approved: February 12, 2024 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />DECEMBER 18, 2023 <br />IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the Special City <br />Council meeting at 8:04 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Emily Rousseau, <br />Tena Monson and Tom Fabel <br />Absent: None <br />Also present: City Administrator Dave Perrault; Assistant Public Works Director Lucas <br />Miller; and Assistant to the City Administrator/City Clerk Julie Hanson <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />MOTION: Councilmember Fabel moved and Councilmember Monson seconded a motion <br />to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried (5-0). <br />2. CONSENT ITEMS <br />A. Motion to Approve 2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement — IUOE 49 <br />MOTION: Councilmember Monson moved and Councilmember Fabel seconded a motion <br />to approve the 2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement — IUOE 49. The motion <br />carried 5-0. <br />3. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br />None. <br />4. COUNCIL/STAFF COMMENTS <br />
