He, however, <br /> this afternoon, requested the Council ~eet without him (for closed <br /> negotiation session) so he would be informed as to the direction the <br /> Council would like him to go, and where you would like him to strongly <br /> hold the line. <br /> There is also a possibility Councilmember Hansen may be unable to attend <br /> the November 30 meeting. <br /> 4. U. S. Army Reserve <br /> This matter was continued from the November 9 meeting to allow Council <br /> time to formulate opinions and directives. You were forwarded <br /> material from Brooklyn Park, as well as material from Inver Grove <br />. Heights (as submitted by Tom Sather). He has also submitted the memo <br /> enclosed with your agenda. <br /> 5. Ordinance 254 <br /> This Ordinance simply amends our Code to incorporate the provisions <br /> previously approved, by contract with Brighton Veterinary Hospital, <br /> allowing poundkeeper to issue dog licenses. The Ordinance also will <br /> clarify redemption of dogs within five business days. <br /> 6. LJVFD Station Responsibility <br /> Shoreview has forwarded the attached letter which was prompted by a <br /> request from the Fire Department for determination of budget <br /> responsibilities. <br /> 7. Parks Winter ProRram <br /> John Buckley will be present to discuss our Winter program. <br /> 8. Public Safety/Works Meetin~ <br /> A copy of minutes from the meeting of November 19 is enclosed for your <br /> information. <br /> 10. Treasurer's Report <br /> Frank will be out of town, so I will review the past month's actions <br /> with Council. <br /> 11. Clerk's Report <br />. A.
