The <br /> Judge gave Mr. Hicken until May 15, 1988 to remove the slab, building and <br /> fence; he further refused to return the bond money to Mr. Hicken, and <br /> advised if the matter were not cleared by Hay 15, 1988, the City would <br /> remove the dog house, and retain the bond money for accomplishing this. <br /> 509 Plan <br /> Rice Creek Watershed District will hold a special meeting, relative to the <br /> 509 Plan, on Tuesday, December 1, at 7:30 p.m., in the Cafeteria at <br /> Edgewood Community Center in Mounds View. The purpose of the meeting is <br /> to address the concerns of cities, as they presented them to the <br />. Metropolitan Council. <br /> Superfund Monies <br /> As I did not hear from MPCA after sending them the Council's concerns <br /> about non-payment to the City, I called them all:ain and received the <br /> attached memo from them. <br /> Orlyn Miller <br /> Enclosed is a letter of resignation from Orlyn; he and Mr. Bergly will be <br /> attending the December 4 Planning Commission meeting and the December 14 <br /> Council meeting. <br />. <br />
