<br />.' . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />Wednesday, September 2, 1987, 7:15 p.m. - Village Hall <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Woodburn <br />called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL The roll being called the following members were <br />present: Mayor Robert Woodburn, Counci1members Gary <br />Peck and Jeanne Winiecki. Also present: Clerk Administrator Patricia Morrison. <br /> <br />EDGEWATER ESTS: <br />ASSMT. HEARING <br /> <br />Mayor Woodburn advised the Council that the purpose of <br />the meeting was to adopt a Resolution calling for a <br />re-hearing on proposed assessment of Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-ST-85-2, Edgewater Estates; and, further, that this re-hearing was being <br />held upon the recommendation of Rob Plunkett, the Acting City Attorney. <br />Rationale centered around an increase in assessment costs, per parcel, over the <br />amount indicated in the Notices to affected property owners, as approved by <br />Council at their Regular meeting of 8-31-87, <br /> <br />Moved by Peck, seconded by Winiecki, that Council <br />approve Resolution No. 87-57, RESOLUTION CALLED FOR RE-HEARING ON PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT OF IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-85-2 (EDGEWATER). Motion carried <br />unanimously.
