<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting, July 13, 1987 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />LIC. & PERMITS: <br />POT 0' GOLD BINGO <br /> <br />Council was referred to memorandum from Shirley <br />Marshall regarding application for restaurant license, <br />cigarette vending machine and amusement devices at the <br />Pot O'Gold Bingo facility. <br /> <br />There was discussion relative to the restaurant license at the facility; <br />Council expressed concern that the restaurant was not mentioned when <br />application was made for site plan review of this facility. Also discussed was <br />the definitions of restaurants as per the Zoning Ordinance; proximity to each <br />other and "fast food" versus "drive in" facilities. <br /> <br />Moved by Peck, seconded by Winiecki, that Council <br />approve the permits for one cigarette vending machine and three amusement <br />machines at Pot O'Gold Bingo Hall, and furthermore, that Council deny the <br />Restaurant License application for the Bingo facility based on noncompliance <br />with the Zoning Ordinance requirements. Motion carried. (Peck, Winiecki and <br />Woodburn voting in favor; Sather opposed) (3-1) <br /> <br />CLAIMS & PAYROLL <br /> <br />Moved by Peck, seconded by Sather, that Council approve <br />Claims and Payroll as submitted. Motion carried.
