<br />Minutes <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />of the RegUlar~Uncil Meeting, March 30,1987 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RETAIL SALES LIC. <br />BLUE BELL ICE CREAM <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator reviewed the Retail Sales License <br />request from Blue Bell Ice Cream. <br /> <br />Hicks moved, seconded by Peck, that Council approve the <br />Retail Sales License for Blue Bell Ice Cream as submitted. Motion carried <br />4Il unanimously. (5-0) <br /> <br />PURCH. OF TWO <br />STENO CHAIRS <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator explained the request to purchase <br />two steno chairs; as budgeted in the 1987 budget. The <br />staff consulted several vendors and viewed different <br />models of chairs. She recommended purchasing two chairs from S & T Office <br />Products at a combined price of $428.00. <br /> <br />Hicks moved, seconded by Peck, that Council authorize <br />the expenditure of $428.00 for the purchase of two (2) steno chairs, from S & T <br />Office Products, for the Village Hall. Motion carried unanimously. (5-0) <br /> <br />CLAIMS & PAYROLL <br /> <br />Moved by Hicks, seconded by Peck, that Council approve <br />Claims and Payroll as submitted. Motion carried <br />unanimously.
