He also objected to the regulatIon under visual standards \1h i cll requires the design be approved by a state licensed architect; he \10uld I I ke th I s to state "and/or engineer". ~1ayor Nethe rcut Informed him that multiple dwellings ~Iould be allowed only under special use permits and non-conformance with the proposed ordinance would require a variance.
