<br /> the ordinance. The rew proposed c~lnance makes standards and criteria
<br /> morEl specific. He stated tha"t baelC in 1951. 8 committee was appointed
<br /> by former Mayor Ashbach. in 1963 three way contract was entered Into
<br /> between the Village, the State ~f ~Innesota and Midwest Planning and
<br /> Research, Inc. "for the deve I ,""men O"C a comprehensive plan for the Village,
<br /> which was completed I n 196~. TheComprehensive Plan was accepted by the
<br /> Council last fall.
<br /> Mayor Nathercut then introduced m@~ers of the Planning Commission. Those
<br /> present were ChairD~n Larrv Brodie Mrs. Ruty Cadl1ell, Bert Schutta, Ward
<br /> H<lnson, Rod Schur:;:,cher and Larry :~<Gough. He expressed appreciation to J]
<br /> ex-Mayor Kennfj,jy and former Chair'l'ltn of "l'h" Planning Commission, Robert
