<br />c;'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Arden Bills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br />, <br /> <br />was duly held in theCouncil chambers in the Village Hall in <br /> <br />said village on Monday, the 12th day of September, 1966, at <br /> <br />8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Nethercut, <br />Trustees Hoffmann, Crepeau, Olmen and BJorndahl. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />Member Trustee Olmen <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. 7 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Street Improvement No.7 <br />of the Village of Arden Hills, in the area described in the <br />legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract <br />price for such improvement is $ 0; ?0;7 An and the other <br />expenses incurred or to be incurr"ed in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ Z. 29"9.04 so that the total cost <br />of the improvement will be $ 7.,556.84 and of this cost <br />the village will pay $ 2,267.05 as its share of the cost <br />from levies or other sources, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village council of the <br />Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as followsl <br /> <br />1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is <br />hereby declared to be $ 5,2,89.79 . <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk, together with the assistance of the <br />village consulting engineer shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district <br />affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, <br />and she shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in her <br />office for public inspection. The Village Clerk may arrange for <br />the assistance of the Machine Accounting Division of the County of <br />Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed asse&sment roll. <br />
