.' .' 1961, and WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners, and . WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Bills, in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1963 and thereafter, NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden Bills does hereby malee the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of S~ember 9, 1960, and as amended as of August 3, 1961, against the following described properties: original Assessment: A) S 693 ft of E 693 ft of $2,450.00 SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 (subj to' rds) in Sec 22, T 30, R 23. Division 36779 Apportionment: 1) No change $2,450.00 2) Esmt over (A) for widening of Lexington Ave. None The Village Clerk of the Village of Arden Hills is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to . certify the same to theCounty Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trll~+AA OlmAn , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: A I I and the following voted against the same: None whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
