Mayor Nethercut <br /> <br />Trustee BJorndahl <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RBIA'1'DTG TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSkJ5J>>",L'8 RELATING TO SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RBSOLVilD by the Village COwu:il of the Village of Arden <br /> <br />Bills, Minnesota, as followa. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Dmprovement <br /> <br />No. 1 as last finally amended and adopted on September 9, 1960, <br /> <br />was filed and certified to the COWlty Auditor of Ramsey COWlty on <br /> <br />OCtober 26, 1960, for the purpose of including installments thereof <br /> <br /> <br />to be collected along with real estat.e taxes commencing in 1961, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />. WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, <br /> <br /> <br />and apportionment of previous assessments in respect. to Sanit.ary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement. No.1 was held on August 3, 1961, at which t.ime <br /> <br />assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 were amended as <br /> <br />provided by said resolut.ion of said date and certified and filed <br /> <br /> <br />in.
