Mr. West stated that the aanl ~ould <br />have to be dug down to about 7 ft. to determine the s!za of the cas- <br />Ing; there Is ijO dlsagre.ment regarding the depth of t~. ae!l. He <br />recommended to Mr. Salltros that he have the water tested by e r.- <br />n!ab~B testIng laboratory as the ~ater must be take~ directly from <br />the toYer! ~ <br /> <br />Tho Council agreed with Mr. West9s opln!ons and recommendatIons Gnd <br />requested Clerk Lorraine Stromquist to Inform Mr. Salltros by tettor <br />01 the above determinations. <br /> <br />ReQuest for Sewer ConnectIon Time Extension <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />Mr. Victor Pomerenke. Johanna Realty Co.. Introduced Mr. David <br />Kublatowlcz. potentIal buyer of 2 acres iocated ~est of Snelling Ave. <br />and south of the Soo ilne.tracks. on which Is Ooc~ted a small house - <br />designated as 1543 Oak Avenue. Mr. Kublatowlcz Intends to live In <br />the ex!stlng dwelling and to construct a permanent home at a latsr <br />date. He stated that the present facilities are adequate end requested <br />a variance be granted to allo~ him to continue the use of these <br />facll!tles and not be forced to connect to the sanitary sewer system. <br /> <br />E~9r. Un response to <br />Mr. Kublatoulcz' comment that the proposed ne~ house mlght be located <br />8o~er than the present one, Engr.
