Gnd his attorney, Dick Jones, <br />were present end Informed the Council of a possible Well Ordinance vlola- <br />t6on, and requested the Council to have Winfield Wast, Village Plumbing <br />Inspector, re-Inspect the well Installation. Mr. Salltros stated his <br />belief that 6" casing was not used ss required by the Well Ordinance and <br />as stated on the well affldsvlt submitted by the well contractor. He <br />stated that final Inspection of this well was made In December, 1965. ' <br />and he moved Into the new dwelling on December 21. 1965. <br /> <br />Clerk Lorraine Stromquist Informed the Council that this matter was <br />mentioned previously.
