, . . 4t STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF BAM5EY VILLAGE OF ARDEN BILLS RESOLUTION RELATING TO ABAXEMENT OF ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE VILlAGE OF ARDEN HILLS WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Street Improvement No.2 (60-2), as finally amended and adopted on October 10, 1960, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 12, 1960 for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1961, and WHEREAS, the Village of Arden Hills, by Contract For Deed dated December 27, 1965 has now acquired from O. J. Husby & Sons, a partnership, the following property in the Village of Arden Hills for general Village purposes, to-wit: The Northwest % of the Southeast % of the Southwest %, except the South 208~71 feet of the West 230 feet thereof, all in Section 22, Township 30, Range 23, and The West 208.71 feet of the Northeast % of the Southeast % of the Southwest %. except the South 208.71 feet thereof, all in Section 22, Township 30, Range 23, and WHEREAS, the assessments thereon have been duly apportioned by the Village of Arden Hills to allocate a portion of said assessment to the above described tract, and WHEREAS, it is desirable that said assessments as apportioned to the above parcel be abated and annulled, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills that the entire assessment remaining due as apportioned as against the aforesaid tract be and it hereby is in all things annulled, cancelled and abated, which said apportionment to said parcel was in the smount of Four Thousand Ninety Eight Dollars Ten Cents ($4,098.10), based upon the original assessment of Seven Thousand One Hundred Forty Eight Dollars Twenty Nine Cents ($7,;48!~9). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Administrative Clerk ,of the Village -1-
