<br />The area could probably accommodate most uses except detached single-family <br />homes and "nuisance" business. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Such 0 mixture of uses, however, is not recommended unless they ore developed in <br />conformance to some worthwile over-oil plan which establishes proper relationships <br />between the uses, building bulk and height, circulation, and the like.
