<br />Preface <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />this is a special planning study conducted by the Arden Hills <br />Planning Commission and is part of the on-going planning process <br />of local government. During 1965, a Comprehensive Village Develop- <br />ment Plan for land use, transportation, and cammunity facilities was <br />completed; this report is part of the administrative process to be <br />utilized in effectuating the general long-rango Village Plan. <br /> <br />The General Village Plan is to be kept up-to-date, amended, and made <br />more specific as necessary to keep it a useful document and a frame- <br />work for making the day-to-day decisions affecting development in <br />the Village of Arden Hills. The enclosed planning report Is part <br />of this process. <br /> <br />. <br />
