Courtney, <br />Engineer Donald lund, Administrative Clerk <br />Lorraine Stromquist and Charlotte McNlesh. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />The minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of April 25, 1966, were <br />approved as amended. <br /> <br />MarkJey Laboratories. Inc. <br /> <br />Max C. Markley and Michael Lyons discussed the conditional use permit <br />for Markley Laboratories, Inc. Trustee Crepeau moved consurrence <br />with the Planning Commission recommendation approving the conditional <br />use permit for Markley Laboratories, Inc. to operate a tostlng labora- <br />tory at 4606 Old Highway 68, subject to the following conditions: <br />I. Developm~nt shall be according to slte plan submitted 3/22/66. <br />2. Odor, noise and smoke shall not be unreasonablv offensive. <br />3. Employees shall not exceed 6 In number (Including Mr. Markley <br />and son. . <br />4. Live load limit shall not be exceeded, <br />5. Any sign must be set back 5 feat from the front property Iln~. <br />6. All refuse must be kept Indoors. <br />7. Garage must be kept locked when not attended. <br />8. This conditional use shall be subject to annual review. <br />9. The residential character of the building shal' not be changed <br />while the Wlnklers remain fee owners of the property. <br />Motion seconded by Trustee Bjorndahl; motion carried. <br /> <br />Twin City Trailer Court <br /> <br />Mrs. James Adams, representing her husband, co-owner of the Twin City <br />Trailer Court, requested that Council grant permission to proceed with <br />the deveDopment of the Trailer Court. Trustee Crepeau moved that the <br />conditional use permit be granted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />I. Separate building permits will be r~quJred for the proposod <br />auxiliary structures. <br />2.
