Inc. <br /> <br />. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Ray Sina Contracting Co., Inc.. Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Minnesota. as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Administrative Clerk are hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into the attached contract with <br />Ray Sina Contracting Company, Inc. in the name of the Village <br />of Arden Hills for the improvement of Cummings Lane between <br />its intersection with Snelling Avenue and the easterly termina- <br />tion of said Cummings Lane by constructing thereon a bituminous- <br />surfaced roadway to the width of twenty-eight (28) feet through- <br />out. all according to the plans and apecifications therefor <br />approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the <br />Administrative Clerk. <br /> <br />- 1 - <br />
