WHEREAS, by document dated January 31, 1955 and recorded February 25, 1955 in 1475 Deeds 328 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County the Village of Arden Hills received a highway easement over prop- erty in the Village of Arden Hills described as follows, to-wit: Fairview Avenue - The East 30 feet of the South 30 feet of Lot 13, Block 1, and the West 30 feet of the South 30 feet of Lot 6, Block 3; Dellview Avenue - The East 30 feet of the South 30 feet of Lot 5, Block 3, and the West 30 feet of the South 30 feet of Lot 1, Block 4; GlenviewAvenue -.The South 75 feet of Lot 10, Block 4, All in Shorewood Hills. and WHEREAS, said easement contained the following statement, to-wit: "This easement to automatically expire at such time as the streets are extended into Mounds View and are actually developed in Mounds View". and WHEREAS, said highway easements were intended to provide temporary turn-around areas at the endl of the named streets until said streets were extended into Sharewood Hills No. 2 and WHEREAS, said streets have subsequently been extended into Shorewood Hills No.2, and such easements are no longer required for any municipal purposes or public purposes and have apparently expired by the term quoted . from the aforesaid Highway Easement. NOW THEllEFORE, the Council of Arden Hills does hereby recognize and declare that the streets recited in said Highway Easement hereinbefore referred to bave been duly extended into Sharewood Hills No.2. that no Village purpose requires the retention of said easement, and that said easement has accordingly expired according to its terms. -1-
