Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 West Highway 96, <br />St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday ,the 31st day of January, <br /> <br />1966, at <br /> <br />8:00 <br /> <br />o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following .....mbA...s were present: Mayor Nethercut, <br />Trustees Hoffmann, Crepeau, Olmen and BJorndahl. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />T~ts.Jt6a Sr81!88Y <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATIlm TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSl4ENTS RELATING TO SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by tile Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />V>1BEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />No.1 as last finally amended and adopted on September 9, 1960, <br /> <br />was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br /> <br />October 26, 1960, for the purpose of inclUding installments thereof <br /> <br />to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 19617 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, <br /> <br />and apportionment of previOUS assessments in respect to Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement No. 1 was held on August 3, 1961, at which time <br /> <br />assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 were amended as <br /> <br />provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed <br /> <br />in the office of the county Auditor of Ramsey County on septelllber <br /> <br />8, 19617 and <br />
