lt <br />-11�EN HILL, <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2024-013 <br />RESOLUTION PARTIALLY VACATING <br />DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 412.851, the Arden Hills City Council has <br />conducted a hearing preceded by two (2) weeks published and posted notice, and mailed notice to <br />the abutting property owners, to consider the partial vacation of a drainage and utility easement <br />(the `Basement") located over, across, under, and through part of the real property located at 1594 <br />Lake Johanna Boulevard, in the City of Arden Hills, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, <br />legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto, and depicted on Exhibit B attached hereto (the <br />"Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the part of the Easement that is proposed to be vacated is legally described <br />on Exhibit C attached hereto, and depicted as the "Easement Vacation Area" on Exhibit D <br />attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, following the hearing and consideration of the proposed partial vacation, the <br />Council has determined that the portion of the drainage and utility easement that is proposed to be <br />vacated are not needed for public purposes. <br />Hills: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />1. The Easement Vacation Area is hereby vacated within the area described on <br />Exhibit C, and depicted on Exhibit C attached hereto. <br />2.
