Also, references requested by Delta Environmental <br />. Consulta.nts, Inc (Delta), (fable 3 and 4) from the lowest bidder for each project are included for <br />your rCV1ew. <br /> <br />Delta has attempted to contact the references provided by the low bid contractors (fable 3 and <br />4). Three references were contacted regarding Bergerson-Caswell Drilling, Inc., the low bidder <br />on the well abandonments. Only two references regarding HRS Construction, Inc, the low bidder <br />for the underground storage tanks were contacted. However, it is our understanding that HRS <br />Construction, Inc. references provided to the city of Arden Hills for the general demolition <br />contract were excellent. <br /> <br />Based upon our review of the bid packages and the references contacted, it is our recommendation <br />that Bergerson-Caswell, Inc. be awarded the KEM Milling well abandonment contract. It is also <br />our recommendation that HRS Construction, Inc. be awarded the KEM Milling UST removal <br />contract. <br /> <br />Delta appreciates the opportunity to review the bid packages for the KEM Milling site demolition <br />for the city of Arden Hills.
