<br /> . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90- 14 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS . <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION PROCLAMING MINNESOTA VOLUNTEER WEEK <br /> APRIL 22 - 28, 1990 <br /> WHEREAS, the hard work and commitment of volunteers have made our <br /> community a better place in which to live; and <br /> WHEREAS, volunteerism has fostered the development of partnerships between <br /> the public and private sectors of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br /> Independent School Districts No. 621 and 623, etc. , to face community <br /> challenges; and <br /> WHEREAS, volunteers are a vital resource to provide for the well-being of <br /> our community and its citizens; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council wishes to thank our volunteers for <br /> their dedicated service and generous spirit; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Thomas R. Sather, Mayor of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota, do hereby proclaim the week of April 22 - 28, 1990 as <br /> Arden Hills Volunteer Recognition Week <br /> and urge all citizens to CELEBRATE MINNESOTA VOLUNTEERS. <br /> . <br /> Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 9th day of April, 1990. <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> By <br /> Thomas R.
