MEIRO WASTE REPORI Councilmember Malone questioned if the city has a serious problem with the Infiltration/Inflow, as per the Metropolitan Waste Control report. He asked if a substantial sewer upgrade will be necessary. Clerk Administrator Berger advised he and Public Works supervisor Winkel will be attending" a series of meeting"s sponsored by the MWCC regarding" this mtter. SIEMS COURr; Councilmernber Growe asked staff if further informtion OIXlR PROBLEM is available regarding" the odor complaint on siems Court. Public Works supervisor Winkel explained his staff has checked this area on two occasions and has found no problem. He noted the odor my be from stagnant water or cornposting; leaves have been dumped on the vacant lot. winkel stated routine mintenance has been completed on the sewer lines in this area and no problems were found in the lines. Councilmernber Malone requested Winkel refer to this matter as an "odor or noxious odor complaint", rather than a "sewer odor" in all future correspondence. Winkel ~lained the complaint was received as "sewer gas odor" and that was the reason it was documented as such; agreed that in future correspondence he will classify complaints as "odor complaint". He stated no further complaints have . been received. SCHEDULE WKSESSION; Clerk Administrator Berger advised the Audit Report is AUDIT REPORI DISC. being" distributed this evening" f= Council review. He suggested Council schedule a worksession prior to the Regular council meeting" held June 11 to discuss the report with the auditor. Malone moved, seconded by Growe, that council schedule a worksession on Monday, June 11, 1990, at 6:30 p.m., for the purpose of discussion of the Audit Report. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0) Council requested staff invite the auditor and members of the Finance Connnittee to attend this meeting". ACCEPI' RESIGNATION; Malone moved, seconded by Growe, that Council accept the WILLIAM WRIGLEY resignation of William Wrigley from the city Hall CITY HALL <U1MI'l"l'EE committee, as per his letter dated 5-18-90.
