Berger, city Administrator <br /> ' Gary R. <br /> SUBJECT: Partial Payment Request, HRS Construction <br /> _________________________________________________________._0'"-'._----- <br /> __________________________________________________________w'"<______ <br /> Attached please find a recommendation from Tom Madigan, MSA <br /> engineer, and a copy of the pay request from HRS Construction <br /> for work done on the Kem Milling demolition project. <br /> As you will note, Mr. Madigan recommends that 90% of the <br /> requested payment be made at this time and that all work should <br /> be completed before July 1. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff recommends payment of $36,808 to HRS Construction, which <br /> together with a previous payment of $21,672 and a retainage of <br /> . $3,440 is 90% of the total bid amount of $68,800. <br /> ACTION REQUIRED: <br /> If Council concurs with the staff recommendation, they should <br /> pass a motion authorizing payment of $36,808 to HRS Construction <br /> as partial payment for work completed on the Kem Milling <br /> demolition project. <br /> GRB:madlr <br /> attachments <br /> . <br />
