Berger, city Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: Request for Fireworks Permit <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> Attached please find a letter of request from Douglas Reader, <br /> Manager of Northwestern College Series for permission for a <br /> short fireworks display on July 3 at approximately 9:15 P.M. <br /> Section 13-93 of the City ordinance requires Council approval <br /> for this type of fireworks purchase/display. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff recommends approving the request for a fireworks display <br /> as indicated in Mr. Reader's letter received June 7. <br /> .
