Berger, city Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: Change Order Request, Environet, Inc. <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> Attached please find a letter of recommendation from Tim Huber <br /> and Kristi Jensen, from Delta Environmental Consultants, Inc., <br /> regarding a request for three change orders from Environet (also <br /> attached), Inc., on the asbestos abatement project at Kem <br /> Milling. <br /> As Council will note, Mr. Huber's recommendation is to approve <br /> payment for $973, as opposed to the $1,580 requested by <br /> Environet, Inc. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br />. Staff also recommends payment of $973 for the requested change <br /> orders. <br /> ACTION REQUIRED: <br /> If Council concurs with the staff recommendation and that of Mr. <br /> Huber and Ms. Jensen, they should pass a motion authorizing <br /> approval of three change orders for Environet, Inc., totalling <br /> $973 . <br /> GRB:madlr <br /> attachments <br />. <br /> ------------.--- <br />
