Public Parking. Unless permitted by an <br /> authorized parking sign, no person shall park, remain in, or , <br /> leave standing any motor vehicle in or upon any pUblic park, <br /> bathing beach or public land, road or highway adjoining public <br /> waters. <br /> Subdivision 2. No Parking Zones. No person shall stop, <br /> stand, or park a motor vehicle, except as otherwise provided or <br /> unless directed to do so by a pOlice officer, on any street or <br /> highway where the Council of the Municipality has established by <br /> resolution a "no parking zone" and such zone is marked by a sign <br /> or a yellow curb. <br /> Subdivision 3. On-Street Parking. No person shall allow <br /> any recreational equipment, recreational vehicle, or truck to <br /> remain parked on a public street or highway within Mounds View <br /> for a period of more than two hours per day. (266) <br /> Subdivision 4. Impeding Traffic. <br /> (1) General. No person shall allow a motor vehicle to <br /> remain parked on public property when said motor vehicle impedes, <br /> impairs, or prohibits the free flow of traffic or prohibits ( <br /> . maintenance or con~!-J."Jlct-ion-eqiiipinEmt from propeI'Ll!-_conducting <br /> their fun i0nl>.--- ---_______ <br /> --. <br /> (2 ) Snowbirds. No person shall park or permit to be <br /> any vehicle within any block on any public street when <br /> within the preceding 48 hours falling or blowing snow or a com- <br /> bination thereof has accumulated to a depth of three inches or <br /> more at street level anywhere within that block. Provided, how- <br /> ever, that parking shall be permitted within any block of any <br /> public street where not otherwise prohibited whenever the entire <br /> length of roadway of such block has been cleared of snow from <br /> curb to curb, or in the case of streets without curbs, bet~ <br /> the outer edges of the shoulders of such streets. Any~' e <br /> parked in violation of this Section may be remov ~provided by <br /> Chapter 81.02, Subdivision 6 (1) (c) of t ode. <br /> division 5. Qff-&treet Parking. (266) <br /> (1) General.
