No parking after snowfall. <br /> No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle on any <br /> street or roadway after a snowfall of at least three (3) inches. <br /> Parking may be resumed on such streets or roadways after the <br /> snow has been removed or plowed to the curb line, (Code 1966, ~ <br /> 710.85; Ord.
