<br /> . <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS . <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90-08 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT <br /> FOR HAZELNUT PARK BIKE TRAIL IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Arden <br /> Hills on May 30, 1989, Ace Blacktop, Inc., of Inver Grove Heights, MN., <br /> has satisfactorily completed the Hazelnut Park Bike Trail improvement in <br /> accordance with such contract. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Council that <br /> the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; <br /> and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby <br /> directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract in <br /> the amount of $16,120,13,taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br /> Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 29th day of January, 1990, <br /> CITY COUNCIL . <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> By <br /> Thomas R.
