Berger, City Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: Final Payment Resolutions - Oak Avenue and Hazelnut Park <br /> Bike Trail <br /> --------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> --------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> Attached please find Resolutions No. 90-07 and 90-08, acceping work and <br /> approving final payment for the Oak Avenue storm sewer improvement and the <br /> Hazelnut Park Bike Trail improvement. <br /> Former City Engineer Barry Peters has approved payment for both of these <br /> contracts. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends acceptance of the work and approval of <br /> . the final payment for the above referenced improvement projects. <br /> ACTION REQUIRED: <br /> If Council concurs with the staff recommendation, they should pass a <br /> motion, under Consent, to move adoption of Resolution No. 90-07, <br /> "RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR OAK AVENUE <br /> STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and Resolution No. 90-08, "RESOLUTION ACCEPTING <br /> WORK AND APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR HAZELNUT PARK BIKE TRAIL <br /> IMPROVEMENT" . <br /> GRB:madlr <br /> attaclunents <br /> . <br />
