-ARVE N HILLS CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2024-013 RESOLUTION PARTIALLY VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT WHEREAS,pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 412.851, the Arden Hills City Council has conducted a hearing preceded by two (2)weeks published and posted notice, and mailed notice to the abutting property owners, to consider the partial vacation of a drainage and utility easement (the"Easement")located over, across,under, and through part of the real property located at 1594 Lake Johanna Boulevard, in the City of Arden Hills, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto, and depicted on Exhibit B attached hereto (the "Property"); and WHEREAS, the part of the Easement that is proposed to be vacated is legally described on Exhibit C attached hereto, and depicted as the "Easement Vacation Area" on Exhibit D attached hereto; and WHEREAS,following the hearing and consideration of the proposed partial vacation,the Council has determined that the portion of the drainage and utility easement that is proposed to be vacated are not needed for public purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills: 1. The Easement Vacation Area is hereby vacated within the area described on Exhibit C, and depicted on Exhibit D attached hereto. 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this Resolution with the County Auditor and Registrar of Titles of Ramsey County. ADOPTED this 1 lth day of March, 2024,by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills.
