This will allow them time to relocate the gas <br /> meter on the site. At such time as the meter is relocated~ a regular <br /> business license would be issued, expiring on December 31, 1990. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff recommends issuance of a temporary business license to Burger King, <br /> as noted in the attached letter. <br />\ ACTION REQUIRED: <br /> If Council concurs with the staff recommendation, they should pass a <br /> motion, under Consent, to approve the issuance of a temporary business <br /> license, to Burger King, to expire on June I, 1990. <br /> DWK:madlr <br /> attachment <br />I <br /> --. <br />
