Johanna Shores Concept Review <br /> Mr. Fletcher stated that Presbyterian Homes has been in Arden Hills for 69 years. He would like <br /> to talk about the redevelopment of the McKnight Care Center, which was built in 1975. It <br /> includes 208 care suites and the building is showing its age. The mechanical system and layout <br /> are not good. In 2010 the campus entered into a PUD with 410 apartments, they are proposing to <br /> retain that amount of density, but lower the built environment.
