This update is not intended to replace the <br /> original study but, instead, be a supplement to it. <br /> A:,ached to this reoort are two revised computer printouts. The first, <br /> labeled Exhibit 1, is a complete printout of the rating of all City streets. <br /> This rating reflects the reconstruction, overlays and seal coating <br /> - accompliShed during 1988 and 1989. Since the original street ratings are <br /> only two years old, an entire re-rating of the streets is not justified at <br /> - <br /> this Iime. However, a cursory review of the original ratings was completed. <br /> An entire re-rating should be considered approximately every four years. <br /> The second computer printout attached, labeled Exhibit 2, is an alphabetical <br /> listing of all City streets grouped according to recommended improvement. <br /> This I isting also includes an estimated project cost for the recommended <br /> . improvement.
