Berger, <br /> SUBJECT: Revised Ramsey County Cooperative Agreement <br /> - <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> As Council may recall, the Cooperative Agreement between Ramsey <br /> County and the city for reconstruction of Lexington Avenue <br /> between Tanglewood Drive and Royal Oaks Drive, was reviewed and <br /> discussed at the April 9 City Council meeting. Council <br /> recommended approval of the Agreement, conditioned upon deletion <br /> of reference to a westerly bike path. <br /> Attached is the revised Agreement, with the westerly bike path <br /> deleted. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff recommends approval of this revised agreement. <br />~ ACTION REQUIRED: <br /> If Council concurs with the staff recommendation, they should <br /> pass a motion, under Consent, approving the revised Draft <br /> cooperative Agreement with the city of Arden Hills. <br /> GRB:madlr <br /> attachment <br />~ <br />
