The Commission was <br /> created by the state legislature and the members were selected by <br /> district court judges. They represent all areas of the county an<i have <br /> had considerable experience in service to their communities. This is a <br /> document written for the people of Ramsey County by the people of Ramsey <br /> County. <br /> Adoption of the Charter will be on the November 6, 1990 ballot.
