Quality is maintained <br /> through several mechanisms: <br /> (1) We work closely with our clients throughout the project, particularly in the <br /> sampling design and questionnaire construction stages, to ensure that <br /> the completed project reflects the client's precise data needs. <br /> (2) We recommend pretesting the survey instrument with individuals from the <br /> desired population. <br /> (3) We regularly obtain high response rates to both mail and telephone <br /> surveys which ensure that nonresponse bias is not a factor in our studies. <br /> (4) Data collection is undertaken only after finalization of the questionnaire. <br /> . (5) All interviewers have professional training and years of experience in <br /> interviewing. Interviewers are carefully trained for each project <br /> undertaken to ensure that they thoroughly understand the project and <br /> questionnaire to be used.
